The Employees Credit Union 2010 Annual Meeting was held on March 30, at the corporate office in Dallas.  A quorum was present.

Business Conducted:

The Minutes from the 2010 Annual Meeting were reviewed and approved.

A Report of Directors was given by Chairman Joe Linville.

President/CEO, Lana McCallie presented her State of the Economy and State of the Credit Union report.Vice Chairman, Jack (Bud) Burleson, read the Audit Report results.

Secretary/Treasurer, David Knop, read the Treasurer's Report.

The Nominating Chair, Troy Anderson, presented the Nominating Committee Report.  There were no nominations from the floor.  Two Directors, for the 2011-2014 term, were nominated and approved.  These were Joe Linville and Ann Kahn.  With all business conducted the meeting adjourned.
