First time users please follow the steps listed below:
Step 1 Contact the Credit Union to have a temporary PIN assigned to you.
Monday through Friday; 7:30 am to 6:00 pm. Call either 214-366-8521,
214-366-8522, or 214-366-8524.
Step 2 Click on the Home Banking link provided above.
Step 3 On the Log In page, click of the multi-factor authentication button.
Step 4 You will need to set-up three security questions. You may use the ones we
have provided or set up your own. If you choose to use your own we suggest
that you make them very short with one-word answers.
Step 5 You will need to set-up a Security Key that will display each time you log on
to the service. This can be one word, or a phrase; no numbers.
Step 6 Enter you email and confirm your email address.
Click on Submit
This will take you to a page where you will need to change your PIN. The PIN needs to be 8 numbers. Complete, tab down, confirm your new PIN and check on the "Change PIN" box.
The next time you log back on choose the second link on the Log On page, "click here if you have already completed the security update".
